Refund Policy

Given the nature of our product, we can not accept returns. However, we are happy to replace a faulty product. Exchanges are managed on a case by case basis. If you have a product with an "invalid" result, please email us at weedalizer@thercu.org with the following information:
  • Photo of the product and its invalid result (NOTE: photo must be taken within 15 minutes after taking the test)
  • Photo of the product packaging (front and back)
  • Receipt of purchase
  • Your mailing address

We will review the information and happy send a replacement to you. Shipping fees for the replacement product are to be paid by the customer.
