RCU makes no warranty, express or implied:

1. a) as to the ability of Weedalizer™ product (“Product”) to determine whether, and to what extent, a user’s mental or physical functioning or judgment may be impaired by use of cannabis, including whether the user is “intoxicated” or “impaired” within the meaning of any applicable law or governmental regulation; or
   
   b)  that the operation of the Product will be error-free.

RCU expressly disclaims any liability for:

1. a) damages or claims for loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss to users of the Product or third parties, arising directly or indirectly from any impairment of mental or physical function or judgement of the user which is caused or contributed to by the use of cannabis or any other substance;
   
   b) any consequences arising directly or indirectly from the aggressive handling, unreasonable use, modification, alteration, tampering or misuse of Product, or the failure to follow RCU’s instructions for the storage and use of Product;
   
   c) any act, or failure to act of the user based on a Product reading or measurement.
   
   d) direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, of any nature and under any legal theory, relating to use of the Product; and
   
   e) ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,

In the event that RCU is found liable for any damages, claims, losses or other consequences resulting from use of the Product, the monetary amount for which it shall be liable shall be limited to the cost of the Product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow for exclusion or limitation of certain warranties and the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty and disclaimer is governed by and construed under the laws of the province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless prohibited by the law of the province in which the sale of the Product was made.

 What Weedalizer™ Is Not

Weedalizer™ does not detect impairment. Weedalizer™ is not a medical device. It is not intended to be used for diagnostics, investigational or therapeutic purposes. It cannot be used to determine whether you can safely operate a motor vehicle, heavy equipment, perform any work or recreational activities following use of cannabis.

What Weedalizer™ Is

Weedalizer™ is an educational tool that helps responsible cannabis users understand the limits.

Delta-9-THC (THC) is the psychoactive cannabinoid in cannabis and detectable in oral fluid after smoking or vaping cannabis. Weedalizer™ is a pre-screening oral fluid test which detects recent use of cannabis with THC. This package contains 1 unit, it is a single use product, intended for testing of human oral fluid only, and should remain in its original sealed package until ready for use. Store at 4°C-30°C and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
